Guests will be provided an electronic parking pass for one car valid for the duration of their stay. The guest will receive 2R-U electronic parking permit. Guest must provide the following vehicle information to Owner no later than 30 minutes prior to Guest’s arrival at the Property: make, model, license plate, and registration state. The owner then will register the Guest’s car in St. Pete Beach parking permit system for the duration of the guest’s stay at the property.
Majestic Beach Condo is located in the prime St. Pete Beach location so parking rules are closely monitored by the city.
Guest may only park in the following designated parking area:
- Places marked for 2R-U permit parking: Ave 70, Ave 69, Ave 68, Ave 67 between Sunset Way and Beach Plaza.
- Paid/meter parking on Sunset Way (parking spaces #4407), Beach Plaza (parking spaces #4412), and 67th Ave (parking spaces #4410). Guest does not need to pay for parking on those locations when parking the registered vehicle.
Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines.

The Security Deposit is refundable. If damage does occur in the home, beyond the normal wear and tear, the damage deposit will be withheld for payment of damaged or missing items. Refunds will be returned within 3 days of the departure date.

Majestic Beach Condo has an electronic lock.
Guests will be provided a lock code 1 hour prior to the start of their reservation.


Guests can contact me via text or phone. I usually respond very fast. 

Fully stocked kitchen and unique coffee station featuring Nespresso, Keurig with drip and single serve k-cup coffee, and French press. Starter set of Nespresso capsules as well as variety of K-cups is provided. K-cups include coffee, tea, cappuccino, and even cider. 

Few steps away from #1 beach in US! Short walk to popular St Pete Beach restaurants!

The maximum number of persons allowed to stay on the Property is limited to four.

Cozy balcony for 2 people - 2 chairs and a small table. 

Very safe area.
Smoke detector is tested monthly. 
First aid kit is provided. 
No carbon monoxide detector since all appliances are electric. 

We provide children beach toys, coloring books, crayons and family board games. 

pets NOT allowed. Strict Gulf Winds HOA policy. Violators are fined. 

Strict NO SMOKING policy - not in the unit, the balcony or within the Gulf Winds premises. Guests are required to step outside Condo area to smoke. 

Not wheelchair accessible - the condo is located on the 2nd floor, NO elevator

Good WiFi throughout Condo. Smart TV in the living room with streaming service and basic cable and another smart TV in the bedroom, streaming service only. Bedroom has two touch night lights with built-in 2 USB and 2 regular electrical outlets. There is also led strip in the kitchen adding to a pleasant mood ambiance. 
Dinning room can serve as a friendly workspace.

I love traveling with my family and trying to apply my travel experience to hosting my guests. I am striving to provide convenience, relaxation, easy access to amenities and local places, recommendations, cleanliness, great communication and more to my guests. Being on a guest side for over 20 years, I appreciate the value of fast, clear and respectful communication and that is what I am providing to my guests.
